However, having dealt with customers off line for a long time I do not have any problems in that area. I purchased your Emergency Hospital ebook and I would very much like to promote it as an affiliate.  But please realize that on-line I am a struggling newbie. I still have not figured out how to get an image on my blog. So all the nice graphics that you supplied are not finding their way on to my blog.  i was going to write to you about this.  I would have to float a ticket to do so.  So this is a short cut.   Your blog of course is terrific.  Mine is coming but slowly.  Thank you for all your help and advice. Betty</description>

These are some of, the absolute reasons that an Internet marketing business, Out shines the traditional Mom&amp;Pop brick&amp;mortar.

&quot;You have the ability&quot; to follow up with your customer.Imagine if after stopping in at a local market, for your shopping list.A week later you receive a letter in your mailbox. That reads something like this.Thank you for business, hope you found everything you needed.
If you would be so kind, as to fill in this short survey. And post it to the the bulletin board in front of your store.We would be happy to give you a coupon for a discount of your next purchases...Always, consider thoughtfully
when sending to your customers. Is this something I would want, in my mailbox. (no one likes junk mail)

I would also like to add,I&#039;m a happy camper with my hosting plan @ D9 Hosting.They are not 
one of those large hosting company&#039;s (yet).You know with the (24/7)phone line. They are two people with family&#039;s and A private live.  They work Mon.-Sun. very professionally at D9 Hosting. Both Paula Brett and Dan Thompson have worked personally with me, to resolve technical issues (I had). Thank You Both.....Heck me personally I&#039;m struggling
to get a couple web sites built. Let alone help  1500 plus people, get there sites up on line. Folks remember, It&#039;s the small business&#039;s that make the economic world turn!
It&#039;s NOT, the large chains..

All you say is so true, I worked in Abbey National once and some customers would only come to me (heaven knows why:)) but they did - and I do believe give good customer service and you will get a return.

We&#039;ve all been on the end of the phone especially when it&#039;s to a call centre when they are so unhelpful.  I know from past experience I would never deal with them again and I&#039;m sure everyone who reads this will feel the same way.

So yes treat them nice and they&#039;ll be your &quot;friends&quot; forever.

Another thing I&#039;d like to add is about manners really. It&#039;s amazing how many people don&#039;t even bother to address the emailer and thank them for their email.

If you do this I have found your more likely to get another sale, make a commission sale, or gain an affiliate etc

The extra effort is worth it !
