I’m talking about adding to your income using the Seasons.

And in particular, the holiday seasons, Xmas, Easter, Thanks Giving, Hallowe’en and other celebration days.

I’m actually witing this post from Turkey. And no, I’m NOT sitting basking in the sun by a glittering swimming pool sipping a ridiculous-looking cocktail. I’m actually sitting in a large sweater on my hotel room balcony, shivvering and watching lightning streak across the sky and the rain pouring down!!

So why am I shivvering in Turkey? Well, my husband makes his money from the Seasons… he’s a landscape gardener and the summer season is the time when he makes most of his money. He flat refused to leave the UK in the summer so we could have a holiday! Grrr!! So here we are in Turkey, searching for the sun and trying to escape the cold and wet of England for a few days. Typical!

Of course, all this ruminating on the seasons got me thinking about how I, as an internet marketer, can take advantage of the Seasons to make some extra cash. For example, with Xmas looming now is a great time to get myself over to Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk and see what’s going to be hot giftwise — what are people going to be searching for to buy as gifts.

And then there’s the inevitable and somewhat tedious task of creating a website with all the mucking around with html and .php to promote the products, either that or I have to pay someone to create one or more for me – arrghh!

But I’ve found the solution…

I can show you how you can create your own professional-looking website without using any html .php, plugins, cascading style sheets, MySQL databases and all the other technical bumph that goes with it. And, you can get it started and finished TODAY!

What’s more, you can promote any product or service you like with just the click of your mouse.

Amazon products – they’re covered
eBay products – covered
Clickbank products – covered
PayDotCom products – covered

In fact any product or service that has an affiliate program, you can add to this amazing website.

Check out this quick example Xmas Gift Ideas website I set up in about half an hour

If you’re not into Xmas, why not create a website around another holiday, Easter, for example, or Valentines Day? And you don’t have to stick to the holiday seasons. Do you have a great product or service in mind that you want to promote? A hosting service, an eBook, a coaching program? Why not create a website around that?

A great trick that not many people know about, and I’ll probably be deeply unpopular for is this….

Say, for example, you know that the Panasonic TX-L32X15 32-inch Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV is hot at the moment — why not go an grab the domain name tx-l32×12.com and set your website up on that domain.

All you need to do then is copy the blurb about the product that you find on Amazon (or other affiliate program), rewrite it a little, swap a few paragraphs round and add this to your website as content.

You can do this with any product you wish to promote (be careful with trademarked names, though)

Alternatively, you might like to make your whole website about widescreen LCD TV’s — a kind of review site — and place your affiliate links to several products on the site. It’s entirely up to you.

So, how do I create this website and can I make as many of these websites as I wish?

The only place you can get your hands on this webiste, a website that you can create over and over and over again; a website that you can create multiple streams of income from; a website that you can design the way you wish; a website that you can set up in about an hour with no html, .php or technical knowledge is from John Thornhill and Dave Nicholson at Multi Profit Websites.

John and Dave have been working on this amazing system for nearly 3 years. I can seriously vouch for that as each time I’ve met up with them this has been virtually all they’ve talked about! To be honest, I was beginning to think they would never get it finished. But after looking at it and test running it myself, I’m not suprised it has taken so long. I know that they have listened to everyone’s requirements…..

I want to put up a website with no technical knowledge

I want a website that looks good with lots of different themes and templates

I want a website that I can promote products from not only the big affilite programs like Amazon an eBay but I want to be able to add my own

I want a website that I can build a mailing list from

I want a website that will make me money

and on and on….. each request that came in, so John and Dave listened and added the functions. Superb! Seriously!

So if you’ve got products in mind that you want to promote for Xmas (or even Hallowe’en which is only a few days away) you can get started today. But think beyond the seasons — I’m sure you have loads of ideas flying around in your head, I know I do! The possibilities are endless.

Check out Multi Profit Websites right now and if you decide it’s something that floats your boat, grab it pretty sharpish as it launches today and like many of these sought after products there are only a few quick action bonuses and an this is an introductory price. Once the bonuses are gone (and there aren’t that many available, only 50!) then they’re gone and once the introductory price runs out, you’ll be kicking yourself you didn’t get in at the beginning.

Take a look at the bonuses on offer — I can vouch for every single one of them as I’ve tested them all out without exception and you will find reviews of many of them on this blog. Additionally, I have added my own personal bonus…

Now as I’m in Turkey at the moment, I don’t have the facilities to create some splendid tutorial videos (not needed anyway as the tutorial videos for Multi Profit Websites in the Membership Area are fantastic), but I am happy to offer to the first 10 (ten) people that purchase MPW through my link Personal

Troubleshooting and Ideas Generation with ME!

I’m not going to say that my time is worth X-amount of dollars, as many marketers do. My time is only worth to you what you get out of it – if you feel tha I don’t help you, then my time is worth nothing to you. However, I’ve been around the block a few times in this crazy internet marketing world, so most will agree that I pretty much know what I’m doing!! I am happy to offer you any advice an support on any aspect of Multi Profit Websites, including setting up, troubleshooting, idea generation etc etc. You can email me whenever you wish and we will also arrange a special call on Skype, or a chat on MSN where you can ask me as many questions as you wish in an hour.

Simply purchase Multi Profit Websites from my link here

then email me your clickbank receipt, and I’ll come back to you to discuss when we can chat.

Have fun creating your websites and I sincerely hope you get `in’ in time for the other brilliant bonuses offered

Keep your fingers crossed for me that it stops raining, and that I can do a bit of sunbathing tomorrow. I’m off to try a bit of belly dancing now – and believe me there’s a fair bit of belly to be dancing with!!

Today’s the day that John Thornhill unleashes his much anticipated Marketing Masterclass and judging by how many people jumped in on his Early Bird contact list, places are going to be really tight when the doors open to the public later on at 5 p.m. EST.

For many, grabbing a place on this much coveted course is going to be a no-brainer. John has already been running a highly successful coaching course for the last year and has proved over and over throughout that time that he knows his onions!

I’ve personally been involved with many of his past students either on the hosting side when they have hosted their websites with us at D9 Hosting, or on the product creation side where John has used my best-selling Operation eBook as part of his course material. And I haven’t spoken to anyone that hasn’t raved about the quality of the materials

What to expect from John’s Marketing Masterclass?

This course is SUBSTANTIAL – it will last for a full 36 weeks.

By the end of the 2nd week you will have your own website online and ready to start making you money. By the end of the course, your website will be established, you will have your own product to sell and you will have started your own list of subscribers.

Every week you will receive your course material with step-by-step instructions for the tasks you need to complete that week.

And there are a couple of extra bonuses to this course too.

1. You will be able to participate in `live’ webinars where John will be coaching you in real time and where you will be able to ask him questions. For those that miss a webinar or who can’t make it for any reason, recordings will be available for you to listen to at your own leisure.

2. You will be able to watch John create a product in real time over the course in front of your eyes. He won’t just be saying “step 1 do this, step 2 do that” and leave you to it.

He’ll actually be creating his own product along with you, so you can literally watch over his shoulder what he does. And guess what,he’ll be giving that product to you at the end of the course, so in fact you’ll have two brand new products to sell at the end of the course, your own one, and his!

Things to consider if you’re not sure the 36 week Marketing Masterclass is right for you?

I need a quick fix – I need to pay off some debts by the end of February

If this is what you’re looking for, this course isn’t for you. Don’t buy it, it won’t work for you. Marketing Masterclass is a carefully constructed plan to building a long-term online business. As with any construction, your business needs to be built on solid foundations, not something flimsy and short-term that could crash down around your ears at the first gust of wind.

Things are really tight at the moment, the world is in recession, I think this is too expensive for me

If you’re down to your last penny and joining the course means that your kids will go hungry, or you will fall into mortgage arrears, or any other serious financial situation like this – DON’T BUY IT.

However, if things aren’t quite so serious for you, consider how much you spent last year on products to help you with your business.

If you’ve been trying to create a business on-line for a couple of years, or more, consider all the products that you’ve bought in the past, make a list of the $47, $7, $27, $97, $147 products you’ve invested in – products that are probably sitting gathering dust on your hard-drive, products that you’ve probably only given a cursory glance to; products that only give you half of the plan.

Wouldn’t it be better to have the whole plan mapped out in front of you, over 36 weeks, with help on hand whenever you need it, with someone holding your hand?

This isn’t just another eBook that you can skim through and then never open again because it’s asking you to do things that you feel you’re not capable of and the instructions are written by some techy that assumes you know what he’s talking about.

How many individual products would you need to invest in to ferret out all the information you need to get up and running?. How many hours would you need to pour over loads of eBooks to pull together all the information you need to get going?

Are there any guarantees?

Yes and No!

Yes – there is a four-week guarantee! When you sign up for the course, you get to sample the first four weeks materials and if you think it’s a pile of doggy poop, then you can get your money back. BUT, this is highly unlikely. After the 2nd week, when you’ve got your website up and running, you will be raring to get on with the next four weeks

No – it would be impossible to say “hey, take this course and you’ll be a millionaire by the end of the year”

There are no guarantees about anything in life, except of course that we’re all going to die someday!

If you think by joining this course, you can click a few buttons, put up a website and then sit back, switch on the TV and watch your favouite soap for a few months whilst everyone flocks to your website, buys your products and the money rolls into your PayPal account, DON’T BUY IT!

You will need to put in some effort. You will need to be determined. You will need to plan and you will need to be pro-active.

No slackers allowed!

If you’re the kind of person that buys something, takes a quick look, does nothing with the information provided and then gripes that “it’s crap, it didn’t work“, then DON’T BUY THIS!

This WILL WORK if you follow the course and allow John to show you exactly how to do it.

Will I be left on my own to fend for myself on the WWW (no, not the world wide web but the wild, wild west) when the course finishes?

No you won’t. Because one of the most important things you will do right from the outset when you take this course will be to align yourself with other students. Students who will all be of varying degrees of experience, students who will all have different talents and different areas of expertise.

Most importantly, you will also be aligning yourself with one of the most successful internet marketers online today – John Thornhill.

He will know all his students PERSONALLY. He will be involved with what you’re doing, what you’re trying to achieve and he will be doing everything he can to make sure that he promotes you and your products to his massive list of subscribers.

I know that he will be doing this, because he did it for me. He did it for my business partner, Dan Thompson, and he did it for countless other of my online friends, Randy Smith, Omar Martin, Daniel Sumner, Dave Nicholson — we are all making a full-time living online today because John helped and guided us.

No man is an island (to coin a well-used saying) – we can’t achieve a profitable business on our own. Alligning ourselves with successful, knowledgeable people is a major part of being a success online – forming partnerships, joint ventures, helping and supporting other marketers, becoming involved with what others are doing and asking them to become involved in what you are doing…… all of these are major factors in your success.

I hope that this has helped you come to an informed decison.

Ask yourself this…

Do you need a guided, step-by-step plan to creating a solid, long-term online business with a top name in the internet marketing world guiding and advising you every step of the way, getting to know you personally and perhaps promoting you and your products to his subscribers?

Or are you happy to bumble along trying different methods and systems – working it all out for yourself and hoping that you will hit the jackpot at some time or other not specified?

I hope you make a decision that is best for you. If you do decide that John Thornhill is exactly the right person to help you, then I would be delighted if you chose to sign up for the course using my link.

BONUS TIME

As a thank you for purchasing your coaching course through my link I am offering the following bonuses, which will perfectly compliment the tasks you will be performing in your course – >> CLICK HERE TO VIEW <<

Good luck and I hope you secure your place

As per the last pack I released,

http://paula-brett.com/blog/auto-responder-plr-emails-release/

these will be limited licence only, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

The last packs sold out pretty swiftly, so if you want to stand a better chance of grabbing your pack, you need to get in on the priority list.

Why?

Well, I made a promise that all those on the priority list would get first refusal.

All subscribers to the priority list will get an email telling them when and where and will then have 24-hours to purchase their pack before any remaining packs go on general release.

So if you’re not already on the priority list, you can get your name down here

Are any other Aweber users experiencing similar problems?

I first noticed problems yesterday when I had a few emails from subscribers to my 7 Magic Steps eCourse, saying that they hadn’t received Lesson 1 – similarly from subscribers from a couple of days ago saying they hadn’t received Lessons 2 or 3.

When I logged in there was a big message displayed

Temporary New Subscriber Delay

We are currently experiencing delays with new subscribers being added to your account and the initial confirmation message being sent to subscribers.

Our techs are acutely aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as fast as possible.

Now, today, I can’t even login. Has anyone heard anything? I’m sure I’m up-to-date with my bill!

EDIT: Ah, now the maintenance page displays, which it didn’t before – so I DID pay my bill

Did you know that you could be paying more for your Aweber subscription than you need to?

Did you know that when people unsubscribe from your list(s), Aweber DOES NOT remove them?

Did you know that undeliverable emails – e.g. perhaps someone subscribed and changed their email address – are not automatically removed from your list of subscribers?

Yes, of course, when you send out a broadcast or add an autoresponder message to Aweber, those who have unsubscribed or who have an undeliverable email address are not included in the `send out’ but THEY ARE STILL INCLUDED in your list of subscribers as far as Aweber’s billing is concerned.

Take a look……

You might have 513 subscribers, but 15 have unsubscribed, leaving you with 498 subscribers, but you won’t be paying $19 a month…. no, you will be paying an extra $10…. those 15 unsubscribes are still attributed to your account and therefore your bill, even though they unsubscribed and you can’t send emails to them.

What about if you know you have 5,050 subscribers, but you know that over the past few months, 50 of those on your list have become undeliverable? You will still be paying $69 instead of $49, that’s an extra $20 for having people on your list with undeliverable email addresses.

So here’s where you need to do a bit of housekeeping in your Aweber account - you need to regularly spring clean your lists and rid yourself of all those people that unsubscribe or become `undeliverable’. And here’s how you can do it…

1) Login to your account and choose which list you are going to start with from the drop down menu (if you only have one or two lists, this won’t take too long, but if you have loads, it could take a little while)

Click on the Leads tab

2) Select Unsubscribed Leads from the drop-down menu (it’s the one at the very bottom!)

3) You’ll see a bit of whirring going on and then your unsubscribed details will appear

Simply check the Erase box to check all the boxes, then click Save – that’s it… GONE!

If you’ve got a quite a few unsubscribes that have built up over time, you may have a number of pages with details to erase.

4) To do the same for the undeliverable leads, go back to point 2) and select Undeliverable Leads from the drop down menu and repeat the same process

If you have loads of lists, or indeed a large amount of subscribers and have built up a mass of unsubscribes and undeliverables over a long period of time, an alternative method is to telephone Aweber, or contact their support desk and ask them to remove all your unsubscribes and undeliverables.

Et voila… I hope you’ve saved yourself a bit of cash, and if not, well… it’s something to keep an eye on as you grow your lists.

Edit 21st Aug 2008: To answer the question that John asked in the comments section below:

I contacted Aweber and asked them if they charged on a monthly average subscriber count or the number on a cut-off date?

Their reply was that they billed retroactively (after the fact), on the number of leads in your account when you reach the cut-off number.

My goodness! I can’t believe it’s been so long since my last blog post – that really is disgraceful!

Thank you so much to all those wonderful readers that have been emailing me asking if all is OK. Fortunately, I haven’t been ill – just totally snowed under with off-line`stuff’.

I did, however, manage to to work on one project which proved to be very popular…

I always get a lot of emails and PMs from my subscribers who want to know about building their own list of subscribers. This, of course, is fantastic news. However, many people were saying that they were getting bogged down with worrying about what sort of emails they should send to their subscribers. What should they talk about?

Yes, many potential list owners are anxious and often put off starting their own mailing lists because they feel that they don’t know what content they should send in their emails and include in their newsletters.

And it’s not just newcomers to building a mailing list. You might find it surprising to know that even veteran list owners suffer from the occasional `brain freeze’ when it’s time to send out a newsletter.

So I decided to create a starter pack of Internet Marketing-related pieces/articles/emails full of helpful content, ready to just load up into an auto-responder and send to subscribers.

Initially, the pack contained 12 great IM articles – so if, say, a list owner wanted to stay in touch with their subscribers once a week, there was 3 months worth of messages. But I also included an extra 12 to make a 24-piece pack – that’s six month’s worth of auto-responder emails, (or if you’re only sending monthly, then one whole year of content for your readers)

Of course, the articles were not just exclusive to using for auto-responder emails, they could be used for anything… what about weekly blog posts? Simply load them into your blog and set the date and time that you wish your blog to publish them, daily, weekly, monthly…

I decided to make these packs a strictly limited edition, which meant that they would be exclusive to only 35 people. Once they were gone, that was it… they would never go on sale again.

I thought they would be quite popular, but I never imagined that they would all be snapped up in a matter of hours. So I do apologise to those of you who missed out on my email or who didn’t get to the payment button on time before it disappeared.

I’m now working on a few more packs. These too will be limited edition, though, so if you’re either looking for a way to get your list started, or just a kick-start for an email topic to an already established list, you’ll want to get on my priority list to be the first to know when a new pack is released.

Everyone on this list will get first refusal, if there are any packs left after that, then I will advertise them here on my blog

Many of my subscribers have asked me for autoresponder emails that are NOT internet marketing-related, and I’m more than happy to offer these, in fact, I’m already working on a few other other niches.

Here’s where I want to ask you a big favour…

I’d be really grateful if you could take a few moments to answer a very short questionnaire that I devised related to other niches that you’d like me to create packs for – if you’ve got a spare minute or two, please CLICK HERE and let me know which niches you want.

Many thanks for your help

Memberships, promotions etc.? Well, as my kids are on half-term, yet again, I managed to find a spare 10 minutes today to go through all my emails that I’ve filed away in a folder for `later on’.

It was only whilst I was going through the process of opening them all, that I realised I didn’t treat them all quite the same. Not all emails are equal, unfortunately!

Who they were from and how long I’d been on a list would determine how I read the email, or not, as the case may be. In fact, I can be quite schizophrenic when dealing with emails from lists I’m signed up to.

This lead me to thinking a little bit about how my subscribers read my emails..

I mean each one of my email subscribers will interpret my email message in their own way… what is important to me may not be important that day to one or more of my subscribers.

Of course, we all have bad days or often very limited time to spend opening and reading emails. When your email arrives at the same time your kids are having a meltdown and crying at the top of their lungs, your dog just threw up in the corner and your wife announces there’s no milk for breakfast, are YOU going to read emails from anyone besides your mother? Not likely…click and delete!

I’ve been quizzing a few of my internet marketing colleagues and combined with my own email reading habits, I’ve come up with a list of 7 types of email readers, which may give you some great ideas when emailing your own subscribers.

The Scanner – This person will actually open the email, and “read it,” if you call scanning from point to point or running their eyes quickly down your email, looking for something dramatic to stop their scanning eye, actual “reading.”

Bulleted main points, framed as insightful questions that grab their curiousity, might slow down the scanning some. This particular “reader” wants a general idea of your content and wants it quickly. When you are finished with your email, read your bulleted points to see if they tell the story of your message by themselves. If not, revise them so they do.

The Multi-Tasker – This reader will never focus on the one task right before them, like your email. Their Blackberry, or other mobile toy, is practically superglued to their hand and your email message will be sandwiched between several tasks that demand their attention all at the same time.

Curiosity is your main weapon here once again. Fiddle with your email’s subject line until it asks a riveting question. Don’t be afraid to be a little off-the-wall. You want to stop the multi-tasking and get your reader to put aside their grocery list and endless “To Do” reminders and focus and on your message. Not an easy task.

Once you get a subject line that makes the Multi-Tasker stop and think, “What?” and move on to your actual message, add bullets that maintain the curiousity you stimulated with your subject line.

If you run out of ideas, find another multi-tasker, like a two-year-old child, and ask simple questions about your subject to see which ones grab their attention. Use resources where you find them!

The Bookworm – This individual will read your message and take the time to consider what you have to say, even to the point of researching the validity of your key points. Do not fluff out your message with meaningless statements. Google is this reader’s best friend.

Adding a link or two at the bottom of your email leading to valid, additional source materials for your key points will be perceived as “added value” to this curious and insightful reader.

The Detective – This reader examines all aspects of your subject line, looking for clues that uncover the topic of your message and examines their opinion of you, the sender. If, after all that, they are interested in what they think you are going to say, they will open your email. If not…click and delete!

The way to grab The Detective’s attention is to create subject lines that inspire curiousity but do not give your entire message away before your email gets opened.

The Graphics Lover – HTML graphics and text that take advantage of the display qualities of this format will appeal to many audiences and readers used to reading sales pages with their flaming fonts, bright arrows and other attention-grabbing techniques.

Other readers, though, might not be thrilled to wade through all your “enhancements” to get to the message and will just click and delete before reading what you have to say. Some using mobile readers might not even get your email, if HTML scripts are blocked or are not a format their device will accept. Be careful of this technique.

The Examiner – This person will remind you of the tax man and their habit of saving anything that interests them for use against you later. The Examiner will not only save everything to their hard drive or in email folders so they can read it later, but they will also analyze every statement you make for blatant hype.

Do not deliver your message with the hype that reminds The Examiner of those frenetic used car salesmen that populate late-night TV, or the Internet Marketers that promise $10,000 incomes for 10 minutes work a week…click and delete!

The Computer Chair Commando – This could be your perfect subscriber… the one you want to open your emails and read them. This reader will take the time to research your content or offer by following your links and analyzing the validity of your statements. If they agree with your premise or can find something useful or interesting in your product or service, they will respond to your call to action…which is clicking the “Buy Now” button.

If you can empathise with your subscribers and their email habits, you will be better able to create messages that appeal to their mind-set when they open their emails. If you’re not sure about the composition of your list, try asking them what they like or want in the email notices you send out. Use those answers to format your future email campaigns and watch your conversion rates increase.

What type of reader are you? Go on, I dare you to fess up!!

This might not be for you!

But it definitely is if you are already using Aweber as your autoresponder service, or if you are seriously thinking about using it in the future. Let me explain…

There’s a good chance that you might be in the position I was in, before I took the plunge and signed up for Aweber. You’ve taken a look at it and perhaps thought it all looked very confusing. Lots of bells and whistles and trixy functions… but just a little bit too techy – “jinkies, I don’t know what half of it means!”

On the other hand, you might already have subscribed and, like me, know that you’re not utilizing your investment to its maximum capability. Blimey, you still don’t know what half of the functions do! Or perhaps you’ve signed up and haven’t even started using the service yet?

Everytime I login to my account I think to myself “I really must have a good old nosey around, a bit of a spring clean and get this thang organised more effectively”.

You see, I really feel that I’ve been paying for this powerful service and haven’t even scratched the surface of what it could do for me, my lists and ultimately my profitability.

That’s why I’m really excited to let you know about a great package that I picked up the other day for just $15!! (I wanted to have a good play around with it first to see if it was something that was worth recommending)

http://paula-brett.com/aweberunleashed

The promo email plopped into my inbox, proclaiming that in 14 videos I could `unleash the full capabilities of Aweber’.

“OK”, I thought, “that really does sound like something I could do with” so I grabbed it — well, for $15 what did I have to lose? If it was a total pile of beetle poop I wouldn’t feel too disappointed at that price!

I wasn’t disappointed when I started to watch the videos either — what I gem I stumbled upon here — all I can say is these vids are flippin’ brilliant and I’m totally chuffed with myself for coming across them.

First of all they start with the basics (so don’t worry if you’re still at the basic stage) …

Creating a List

Creating Optin Forms 1

Creating Optin Forms 2

Verified Optin

Then you move on to stuff like

Broadcast Messages

Followup Messages

Organizing your List Building (this one’s excellent)

Then you move to the real POWER of Aweber!

List Automation

Sending to Multiple Lists

Click Tracking

Split Testing

Blog Broadcasting

Campaign Sharing

There’s even a special bonus video on the new Analytics feature they’ve added.

and much more

Conclusion: You really can’t go wrong with this package if you use Aweber, or are planning on subscribing in the future. It totally does the business! I would highly recommend that you grab yourself a copy – $15!

Tch, I still can’t get over that price!

http://paula-brett.com/aweberunleashed

Until next time…

P.S. Don’t forget to look out for the special one time offer Nuff said….
