No, I’m not talking about raiding the cupboard for some salt and pepper or some origano or tarragon. I’m talking about adding to your income using the Seasons.

And then there’s the inevitable and somewhat tedious task of creating a website with all the mucking around with html and .php to promote the products, either that or I have to pay someone to create one or more for me – arrghh!

If you’re not into Xmas, why not create a website around another holiday, Easter, for example, or Valentines Day? And you don’t have to stick to the holiday seasons. Do you have a great product or service in mind that you want to promote? A hosting service, an eBook, a coaching program? Why not create a website around that?

A great trick that not many people know about, and I’ll probably be deeply unpopular for is this….

Say, for example, you know that the Panasonic TX-L32X15 32-inch Widescreen HD Ready LCD TV is hot at the moment — why not go an grab the domain name tx-l32×12.com and set your website up on that domain.

All you need to do then is copy the blurb about the product that you find on Amazon (or other affiliate program), rewrite it a little, swap a few paragraphs round and add this to your website as content.

You can do this with any product you wish to promote (be careful with trademarked names, though)

Alternatively, you might like to make your whole website about widescreen LCD TV’s — a kind of review site — and place your affiliate links to several products on the site. It’s entirely up to you.

Things have been going a bit ballistic around here the past week or so. I dont believe it….. has anyone noticed that in the past few weeks launches for decent products have suddenly become like waiting for a bus? You stand around waiting for one for ages and then all of a sudden two or three come along at once!

What to do? I mean, no-one wants to bombard their subscribers with offer after offer, well at least I certainly don’t – but at the same time I don’t want my subscribers emailing me saying “Paula, how come you didn’t tell us about that new blah blah product that was released with the great “Fast Action” bonus? Many of you, I know, are already Members of John `PlanetSMS’ Thornhill’s private Membership Site, and for those of you who are, you’re in for a real treat later on today (8 pm UK time / 3 pm EST).

Having been a good Girl Guide (I was, honestly), the `Be Prepared’ motto is still burned into my brain – so I cheekily emailed John and asked if I could have a quick shufty at the new all-singing-all-dancing eBook website that he’s been promising.

Why would I do this? Well, I’m sure you know that I’m a moderator in John’s private forum, (which, I have to say, is one of the best forums around) but my purpose for “being prepared” was that a great many of John’s Members are also my Clients over at D9 Hosting, which I run together with Dan Thompson. Have you ever been sent something by email, or through the post and taken a glance at it and thought `this is just not for me’?

This happened to me about 4 weeks ago when one of my subscribers, Omar Martin, wrote to me to tell me how helpful my product creation eBook, Operation eBook, was when he was creating his own product. He asked me to take a look and tell him what I thought.
